Very Slow Service I brought my Impala in to have some recall work done on the ignition, so while I was there, I asked them to change the oil. The service tech asked me I brought my Impala in to have some recall work done on the ignition, so while I was there, I asked them to change the oil. The service tech asked me if I was going to wait and I asked him about how long it would take. He told me that it would take long and they would have me out of there in no time. Well, after two and a half hours, I went out and asked how much longer it would be and I was told they were in the middle of it and it would be ready in about 10 minutes. After 45 minutes, I went back out and asked again and this time I was told that it would be much longer. Well, at about the three hour and twenty minute mark I was told my car was ready. I understand that some things take longer to fix once you get into it but be realistic in your time estimates. Rather than sitting for almost four hours, I could have had someone from work come to pick me up, at least I would've gotten some work done. Now, what work they did do was done properly... I guess that's a good thing. More

He asked me what I could put down for down payment, pay per month,color I wanted,type of car and he went from there. He let me make the choice and not just sale me a car. He made sure I was happy and made me feel like I was important and that it was important to him to get me into a car that was dependable, stylish,afford to able,and just for me. I never knew that buying a brand new car was so easy this was my first brand new car and I will refer any and everyone I know looking to purchase a car to the man Keith Durham. From what I understand this is simply a matter of verifying your identity and that you own the vehicle, and looking up the code. Hendrick insists that they must charge at least $85 to do this! If they are this mean spirited with Chevy owners like myself (I own two Chevy Trucks, and have owned two in the past, I ONLY drive Chevy trucks!) how do they treat the poor fools that purchase things from them? It's not on the poor gal that did all the legwork trying to get me a better deal, it's on the management there that MUST make their buck. I will still be buying Chevy's, Hendrick, but it will certainly NOT be with YOU! More

awful ! I purchased a used car almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't got it. I was told that the vehicle had not went through service or detail yet and that th I purchased a used car almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't got it. I was told that the vehicle had not went through service or detail yet and that the issues with it would be fixed...the paint was chipped and scratched and the windshield was cracked along with being filthy. They kept it a week and half and I pick it up and the paint was touched up in spots...it didn't even match. I get down the road and notice the windshield is still cracked. The car had not been detailed because the previous owners garage opener was still on visor. I took car back the next day and was told they would only fix the windshield and scratches. I told them the window made a noise, the tire light was on, the right door made a awful noise, and the console was ripped. They implied the issues would be fixed in service or else I would not have purchased this vehicle. They have had the car now almost 3 weeks and I was told they are just going to touch up the paint again only. Needless to say I'm very unhappy with this I should have purchased elsewhere. I even ask for my trade in back and they refused. They have cashed my check (I paid cash plus trade in) and I have yet to enjoy my car. Save yourself and purchase elsewhere! I do have to say my salesman was great but apparently upper management is the problem More

Poor Service and Sales Coordination and Communication I'll make this quick.... The dealer tried to charge me for service covered under a warranty. The dealer recanted on our agreed upon deal because I'll make this quick.... The dealer tried to charge me for service covered under a warranty. The dealer recanted on our agreed upon deal because they claimed someone purchased the car online. Then the dealer tried to force me into buying a more expensive vehicle after determining that my credit and income is excellent. More details below... I took my car in for service. While there, I spoke to Jeremy Ivy about possibly acquiring a new vehicle. I was blown away by the 2015 Tahoe's and knew immediately that I had to own one. I informed him that my car was in service and he said he would handle it while I returned to work. That's where things went downhill FAST. Justin in service informed me that I would need to pay $500 for repairs that were covered under a Recall. After further digging, I determined that he was trying to lie and force me into paying for services that were "recommended". My salesman told me not to worry and that he would have my car ready that afternoon. After agreeing to the terms on the new car, I scheduled an appointment with Jeremy to pick up the vehicle the next day. When I got there, I was informed that the car "just sold on ebay". I was then pressured into buying a new more expensive vehicle. After remaining firm, we located a vehicle in Foley, AL and Jody "tried" to make me a deal that would "make things right". Well that included purchasing a vehicle with less features/options for more money. While waiting for Jeremy and Seth to figure things out, Justin from service calls me to see if I want my car serviced. He didn't even realize that I had already picked up my car! Miraculously, Jeremy called to say that the original vehicle was still available and his GM said "first come first serve". Why wasn't that the policy when I came to pick up the car during our agreed upon time? At any rate, this dealer tried to do a bait and switch after determining that my credit worthiness was exceptional, my income was high, and that I had cash to put down on the vehicle. They decided to sell me a more expensive car by lying to me. NEVER go to this dealer, ever! More
