Caleb McConnell did a fantastic job finding us an suv especially that this was an UNEXPECTED purchase. We had our car serviced with a very noticeable abnormal noise. We lost $650 on the service on that day after we were told the diagnosis for the loud noise was from the engine which would cost us 3k to diagnose and 10k for repairs. Instead of telling us first hand what the diagnosis was before any service was done, it could have saved us the $600. We purchased the suv on the same day we lost $600 for the service for an unreliable/total loss car with no reimbursement for the useless service. More
