I have had a terrible experience with the service department. I purchased a new 2020 work truck in 2021 and have had constant issues with brake issues and noise. Every time I bring the truck in for department. I purchased a new 2020 work truck in 2021 and have had constant issues with brake issues and noise. Every time I bring the truck in for service, they put a bandaid on the issue and it is never resolved. By the time I arrive home after leaving the service department the brakes are squealing again. I also had an issue with a tire, brought the truck in and literally had to wait at the dealership 5 HOURS to repair a leaking valve stem on the brand new tire purchased from them 2 days prior. The service department is horrible. More
