I brought my Jeep Wrangler to this dealership at the beginning of April for a diagnostic due to intermittent stalling and no-start issues. While my vehicle was in their care, they left it unlocked overn beginning of April for a diagnostic due to intermittent stalling and no-start issues. While my vehicle was in their care, they left it unlocked overnight, and I received a 3:30 a.m. call from police that a homeless man had broken inside — and urinated in my Jeep. I had to inform the service team myself when I arrived later that day. In response, they offered a 20% discount off my $1,800 repair and a full detail. I asked them directly: “Are you sure this fix resolves the issue?” and “If it happens again, will I have to pay again?” I was told no, that the part had a 2-year warranty, and I would not be charged again if the issue returned. Less than 4 days later, my Jeep stalled again. I brought it back. They ran 300 “cycles,” claimed it was fine, and returned it to me. A week later, same issue — this time with my daughters in the car so imagine my frustration. I had it towed back again, stressing the urgency while the CEL was still on. I received no update all day until I called them near closing. Again, they said they couldn’t replicate the issue and wanted to return the vehicle " IF I NEED IT" I insisted they keep it because it isn't safe and I wanted a proper diagnosis. Days later? They finally told me they “caught the issue” and needed to replace a different component that affects the last component they replaced— and now I owe another $1,500. They’re trying to charge me again for a repair they already claimed would fix the problem. I trusted this team to resolve a dangerous issue, but instead I’ve been met with negligence, incompetence, misdiagnosis, & poor communication. It is now the 6th day without my vehicle, and I’ve received no update today about the new part or the repair. Yet, I’m being asked to pay another $1,500 for something I was assured was already fixed. This is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting their vehicle — or their safety — to this service center. More

The service department here is extremely slow. The express lane for an oil change took 2.5 hours last time I came here.
