I dropped my truck off for what I thought was a scheduled appointment 8:15 AM on Thursday finally Friday afternoon after hearing nothing from the dealership I called and asked for an update. They told me it was not going to be looked at until Saturday morning. I still heard nothing so I physically drove to the dealership Monday afternoon. I I was told that on Monday morning they submitted the module that need to be replaced to insurance it is unacceptable to be given a time on Thursday morning to get serviced and not even get looked at until Saturday morning. I was without my truck for six days for a check engine light. If I make an appointment, would she be looked at the same day. More
I was in from out of town and was having car troubles. I found the Dodge shop, and they were very helpful. They did the work that I needed and had me on my way. My salesman Keith Hunt was very informative and helpful. He gave me his personal phone number and suggested I reach out if I have any further questions pertaining to my new truck. That’s extremely pleasing to know they are available for more than just a sale. Idk about the dealership but the service department is a disgrace! I took my car running and drivable and they messed it up to the point that you can't even drive it at all. I have the full report from my o disgrace! I took my car running and drivable and they messed it up to the point that you can't even drive it at all. I have the full report from my own mechanic before I took the car to Hendricks and my vehicle's spark plugs were dry and brand new, I had just changed the oil and only had a small lag on the crank. Tell me how the car now not only lags but stinks so bad you can't even be in it which it didn't smell like that. The car shakes so bad it's scary to move it! Mind you I drove the car to the service department from an hour and a half from my home. The car never ran low on oil but yet they were trying to blame that on how the car went from working at 90%when I drove it in to it being so bad that I might have to just part it out. The blame is for the car not turning on at their service department but yet it was a daily driver. They tried to explain to me things that they did to ruin my car. All I needed was a diagnostic not for them to damage my car!Now I am out a vehicle and the money I spent on getting it diagnosed and still haven't gotten the full darn report that Josh said he would give me. Gave him my email and everything. This is unfair and I need justice for my car! More
