Usually we have good service at a fair price completed quickly. While the emissions repair and inspection of our car was fine, we did not get the tires that we requested. We asked for the new tires to b quickly. While the emissions repair and inspection of our car was fine, we did not get the tires that we requested. We asked for the new tires to be the same brand and model of the ones that were removed. Instead we were given a low grade version of a performance tire that was not an all-terrain tire, at an inflated price. When we questioned this at pick-up, the service manager shared the comps of the former and new tires, with the new tire having slightly lower ratings and a significantly lower lifespan. Later we discovered that we were charged a much higher price per tire (about (approx. $75 per tire) for the lesser product. Such a disappointment after so many years of good service (repairs, oil changes, etc.) These tires should have never been put on our vehicle. The service rep should have contacted us when he realized that the tire requested was not available and he should have discussed comparable options. More
