I had an appointment at 12:00 for an oil change it took them almost 3 hours to do a basic oil change and then the caveat at the end there is they couldn't find my car for almost half an hour I had to compl them almost 3 hours to do a basic oil change and then the caveat at the end there is they couldn't find my car for almost half an hour I had to complain to the service manager and rather than a have a good day you know and we made a mistake and you know own it it was handing me my keys back very cold permanently lost a customer 3 hours for an oil changes unacceptable especially when I had an appointment I was quoted 35 minutes over 2 hours later I asked where my car was and they said oh it just came inside I really really thought about calling the police when they couldn't locate my car it took them half an hour to find my car it was only after I called the police non-emergency line on speaker phone that they actually started looking for it if I didn't buy something from parts that won't be in till tomorrow I've never come here again wow and I saw someone else tried to get sold a valve cover when there was clearly just some road grime on their car and they tried to illegally sell them something that they didn't need clearly it wasn't the same color as oil it was clearly just road driving I happen to see it and say something to the person and then they declined the repair I mean if you want some place that's going to steal from you this is the one if you want to be treated like a number and not a person this is the place and if you really really don't care about your car you should either buy it here or take it here I watch them take advantage of an old lady on a trade in her car at 80,000 miles 2011 now I worked at a car auction so I know about what these cars are worth $2,000 for her car because of one dent on the door I mean realistically she's talking about an eight or a thousand dollar car and they offered her a lowball price of two grand and because she was older and confused she took it so I wouldn't recommend you come here avoid like the plague I'm about to walk back my credit card cuz when the lady dip the oil in front of me it looked pretty dirty she tried to tell me it was clean but you see I put a little mark on my oil cap and it exactly lined up to the cap as if it hadn't been off I looked at the filter and it's dirty how to brand new filter get dirty from from the shop to the drive More

Ted was great to work with even Donovan did a great job. They treated us fairly. But when it came to finance department there was some miscommunication between them and the sales.
