I took time off work for this service. I scheduled the appointment for 12:15 to do 4 things: - 4wheel alignment - Oil change - Tire rotation - Diagnose issue with collision alert fals I scheduled the appointment for 12:15 to do 4 things: - 4wheel alignment - Oil change - Tire rotation - Diagnose issue with collision alert false readings I brought the car in at 12:15 and was told is 'about 2 hours of work here'. based on this my expectation was to be done by 3:30. Tammy did a good job of explaining the findings of the false readings even though this issue was reproduced by not resolved. At 4:00 I was told that the alignment had not been started yet and would be 20 minutes before it could be started. I told them to skip the alignment as I could not spend any more time on this. When I left with the car, I noted that - The oil life had not been reset. I will do this myself... - The car is now giving tire pressure warnings which it has never done before. I checked the tire pressure, and it is 36 psi for all tires. I have had tire changes and rotations before and never had this happen. My standpoint of this experience: - Alignment was not done even though the work was - I have to take more time off work and get this done somewhere else - Oil change did not reset oil life - SLOPPY service work, I will spend my time to reset this. - Tire Pressure warning - No idea why, one more thing that I WILL FIND OUT HOW DO RESOLVE FROM THIS EXPERIENCE. Tammy provided very good service, she is quite knowledgeable and customer-focused. 5 Stars for Tammy. 2 Stars for the dealer based on losing 1 star for each issue... More
