Horrible, horrible service. No one even answers the phone in their service department usually. Had a break issue took it into them. They gave it back. Said they found a pebble. Still have the same noise. I insisted they come get it and bring it back to me they had a week notice. They ended up having to keep it all night for a simple brake issue! it was a simple rotor job to be resurfaced. They have lied to me and said the car had set for five months and that the rotors had warped from setting for five months. This does not happen. Next day brought it back to me. I had asked what was the problem they said the rotors were warped. Rotors don’t warp they lie to you and deceive you! I ended up canceling my service contract losing over $700. If they cannot do a simple brake job I certainly do not trust them to do anything else for me not even an oil change. I almost got in a horrible death type accident during this time of having the car back when they said it was fixed. Do not purchase a used car from this place. Worst experience ever and now I am out $700 and still not happy with my car!!! go elsewhere.!!!!! I only had the car at four months when it started to make these noises just shows me that they do not go through their cars well before they sell them
