Ray Ramon greeted me when I stepped from vehicle. Ray went over service to be performed and answered a few questions I had for him. I had arranged for a shuttle and driver was waiting the minute Ray went over service to be performed and answered a few questions I had for him. I had arranged for a shuttle and driver was waiting the minute I was ready to leave. I was notified when service had been completed. The very nice shuttle driver picked us up and returned us safely to dealership. We were offered a bottled water on our departure. Overall, it is one of the best service appointments I ever had.
