They didn't fix the problem with my van. It took them a week and a half to even diagnose what they thought the problem was. The van still giving me trouble. If anyone paid that much they would think that it should have been fixed right. I would like to be able to get a refund. I would agree that some money should have been paid but $1305 is a lot just to diagnose and not fix the problem. I would like to get $400 back from the dealership? They didn't even fix the tire that had a bolt in it. I got stuck and 11pm on Saturday night fixing a hole in my tire. They didn't set up another appointment for me to come back when they get the parts in. I left with a sour taste and bad experience that the dealership. More
