Nick was extremely helpful and showed real concern for us, when we purchased 2 tires on Mon and although we were charged for rotation, it was missed (human error). us, when we purchased 2 tires on Mon and although we were charged for rotation, it was missed (human error). When I called Nick he had me return immediately to rectify situation. Then during rotating of tires, discovered a nail in one tire which was unrepairable. He showed real concern when he told me. We then had 2 more tires installed immediately. So glad it was taken care of before heading back to Iowa on Sun. We always feel Hendrick Honda treats their customers right. And will always recommend them to our friends. More
