The dealership was a great experience very pleasant and easy people to work with. However the first contact was not the best. Phone call to check on availability of a vehicle was told it was sold after act easy people to work with. However the first contact was not the best. Only to text a little while later to say oh I was mistaken that vehicle is here when do you want to see it. He was told I would be there that night as long as storm didn’t get bad. I was told I will be here until close tonight and all day tomorrow. Showed up and hour later to find out he had left. However the night and experience was saved by salesman Marquel. He made a situation that didn’t start out well into a very enjoyable buying situation. He was very friendly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. As far as Parnel well we never did lay eyes on that sales person. So I guess you can say Marquel saved the sale and made it a good experience. So in this customers opinion Parnel should not share in any of the commission just answering a phone and giving wrong information. And leaving after tell a potential customer he would be there. More

I visited Honda on 2-26-22 and have just been too busy to do a review. I did not want the opportunity to pass to say what a wonderful Service Adviser Nick Demski is. For years I had Giorgio Lanata and when do a review. I did not want the opportunity to pass to say what a wonderful Service Adviser Nick Demski is. For years I had Giorgio Lanata and when he relocated I was heartsick over who would take care of my needs at Hendricks. Well, Nick did not disappoint. I had a recall on my 2017 Pilot and I also needed two new tires, oil change, alignment. I mentioned a little chip on my door handle and Nick even found me the paint color and touched it up himself. I had priced the tires ahead of time which, surprisingly were less money than the competition. Nick went over everything point by point when I arrived for my appointment and then again after the work was completed (within the exact time frame he told me). Hendrix has always tried to treat me right as a customer and I am so pleased with the service. I miss Giorgio but am delighted I found Nick. Thanks Nick, and the mechanics you never see, for a job well done. I hope whomever does the Honda surveys is able to see this review because time I went back to fill it out, it was too late so I came to Google. Carol Darby More
