I had made my appt online and when I came for my appt . The part was not there. We rescheduled and when I brought my car again the part wasn't there. 3rd time was the charm. 1st time fixed banners everywhe The part was not there. We rescheduled and when I brought my car again the part wasn't there. 3rd time was the charm. 1st time fixed banners everywhere are a mockery. Same thing happen with my daughter when she scheduled her appt online. We were also told that was the reason the parts weren't orderd. Are there not systems in place to follow up with the online appts. I could not get thru on the phone to schedule that way. More
