I took my Honda Pilot for a recall remediation after being contacted by the service department. I had to reschedule for later the same day because we had a severe storm warning in effect and they were p being contacted by the service department. During the intake I asked if there was time to change the oil and rotate the tires which they did, all in less than an hour. Mat was efficient, professional and very pleasant.
