It’s not even about the $40 in particular. It’s the principle that I left my car in your location’s hands, and I apparently tipped the service guys without knowledge. And the non response from management is awful. I’m a restaurant manager, and even if I don’t believe the story, I at least follow up to hear the guest’s side. Won’t ever be coming back.
