I took my 2016 Pilot in for service on 10/18/21 at Hendrick Honda. I was greeted by Kerry, service consultant, in the drop off area. After listening to the issues with my vehicle, she instructed me of Hendrick Honda. I was greeted by Kerry, service consultant, in the drop off area. After listening to the issues with my vehicle, she instructed me of the possible reason for my complains. She gave me an estimate on the time and cost for the repairs, if founded. She followed up with me in the waiting area and gave me the full diagnosis for my vehicle, and the approx time to get the repairs done. She organized a ride for me to get home and return through the courtesy ride share provided by Hendrick. Veronica, my courtesy driver was very pleasant and picked me up on schedule. Kerry was waiting for me and she explained all the repairs that was done. The technicians did an awesome job. I will definitely get my vehicle serviced at Hendrick Honda, and recommend them to family and friends. More

Great service. I was in for suspension rattle. Found out it was bad strut. They did not have the part and if I would leave the vehicle I would have to get a rental.
