We experienced a dead battery while traveling in the Sarasota, FL, area, & received assistance with a jump start. We contacted Hendrick Honda in Bradenton, & the service manager invites us to bring the car in & they would get it in quickly & install a new battery. They were quick & very efficient, even performing a quick check of the tires & other areas of the car to ensure everything was in good condition for our continued travels. We were at the service department for about an hour, where we were expecting at least 1-1/2 hours; and when our car was ready, we were pleasantly surprised that we had also received a car was, leaving the exterior cleaning & sparkling, including the windshield with no remnants of traveling bugs. They were very courteous & respectful. If, when in the area again, & needing service, we will use this Honda group again for our vehicle’s service. More
