Said the Air conditioner was fixed after waiting for 2 1/2 hours. Paid for diagnostic not sure how much of this was done. The repair needed was not ‘normal’ No quality control. Neighbor had AC service done with Tammy very happy. When returned to service area speaking with manager about repair. She was more concerned with getting the tech that worked on truck back to fix it then getting it working. She told me she has worked there for several years and how great she takes care of things. What I say is that she wanted to make the tech own the repair than making the customer happy. More
