Ashtons customer service was excellent. She was friendly and polite. I had an appointment for an oil change and asked to have a quote for a bumper replaced while getting the car serviced. 2 hours later I wa and polite. I had an appointment for an oil change and asked to have a quote for a bumper replaced while getting the car serviced. 2 hours later I was able to leave. 2 hours later for god sake. There is no reason in xxxx that I should’ve waited that long. Why did I make an appointment if it was going to take that long. I will never again get the free oil changes at Honda or use the service department there. My time may mean nothing to Honda but it means something to me. An oil change at take 10 or oil express takes 10-15 minutes. Honda takes two hours! Pathetic and I really wish I had known it would take that long before I scheduled the appointment. I would rather pay for the oil change then waste another two hours at Honda getting a lousy oil change there again. I seriously wonder if all customers time mean as little to Honda as mine. Seriously this was the worst oil change experience ever and Honda won’t get my service again after this More
