I had my car towed to Hendrick the other day when it suddenly wigged out, and was told that it might not get worked on for a few days, since I had no appointment and the service center was slammed. This was my first experience with Hendricks Honda. I made an appointment and showed up to get the work done and was not impressed with the greeting. I stood there waiting for some to acknowledge me. Finally when someone did I said there was another person before me and continued to be ignored. Finally I walked over to speak to a representative and said can you help me no one is acknowledging me . She began to help me an apologized to me . She restored my faith in the dealership. She took very good care of me. Maybe I should have approached them earlier. I’m used to being acknowledged when I enter a business and wait for someone to become available to help me.
