Worst car buying experience ever. I was there for hours while Gilde (?? I forget his name. Awful guy) was selling a car to another person. It was an all day event with nobody. He was mad we weren’t leasing. We wanted to buy the car and he called us stupid for buying their car and said it would probably break down. Hendrick Honda needs to train these people. They are rude and they bully you and make fun of you for having enough money to buy a car. After about 12 hours total we walked out with a car that the finance manager said would probably need repairing in a month. Just to get us to pay $4,400 for a couple month warranty. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. More
Really great service staff. Very communicative and friendly. I was able to have a long talk with the tech that worked on my Passport and he explained everything done and was very approachable...it was friendly.
