First, my car gets fixed. I don’t have to bring it back in for repairs or maintenance that didn’t get completed, and am given a complete explanation of everything that was done. Also, am given a heads-up o in for repairs or maintenance that didn’t get completed, and am given a complete explanation of everything that was done. Also, am given a heads-up on anything that may be needing attention in the near future. My car is inspected and suggestions are made as to what else could be done to keep me safe. I was able to sit outside in the fresh air without a mask while waiting for my car. Last time I was there, all the outdoor seating was occupied.
