For first time ever Im not satisfied with the service because they didnt spend the right amount of time in the car and didnt inspected like they usually do because I said they were taking too long. I got a 2017 Honda Accord because I’m more then sure I was sold a Lemon as my cash car and Scott Sandmann or James Sandmann was very rude and over talking me and my spouse about the definition and facts w was sold a Lemon as my cash car and Scott Sandmann or James Sandmann was very rude and over talking me and my spouse about the definition and facts when I presented diagnostic of the engine light, oil light and the tire gauge light I had to fix when his Sales representative Michal Knight went ahead and told me the car was safe and when I drove back to Jax, FL our 4 hours back not even 350 miles on my 2009 Toyota Camry and one time driving it to work thank god we have two vehicles We found the motor was about to fail. The pistons in the engine was knocking and at Scott or James Sandmann (one person I’ve gotten two names out of him) stated that “There is no Piston in that Make and Model of the car. The $11 Mechanic Firestone hired wouldn’t know anything my mechanics know.” Yettt he didn’t show me the engine light diagnostics that his mechanics pulled up he forced me into a car I didn’t need or initially drove there to even get. So I ended up being out $1,800 and got the $500 for the UHaul we used to haul my Camry down to them and get the same sorry deal I would’ve gotten down the street from my house... Horrible. Horrible deal, they even wanted to rush me out because it was getting close to Closing time. AS IF THIS WAS BY CHOICE! To be sold a LEMON (which can be older cars as well!!! #FACTS) More
