We relocated to FL and needed to find a Honda dealership to service our 2010 crosstour which had the engine icon lit. The service manager & technician saved us money by updating the cars computer system, an to service our 2010 crosstour which had the engine icon lit. The service manager & technician saved us money by updating the cars computer system, and guided us as what they’d do if the engine light flags again. They started with a less aggressive repair (update to computer module) and did advanced diagnostics on the car which could indicate needed repair down the road. We were told how the future repair would be done if the engine indicator light came on again. We were treated very professionally, with friendly and informed staff. More

My service rep was extremely friendly and helpful. It ended up costing more than I had anticipated and had initially agreed to, but they did a very good.
