Every time I go there I am treated very well. The service lane was quite full but was still attended to quickly. The advisor found my tires were worn and was able to give me a price in only a few minutes. Bi lane was quite full but was still attended to quickly. I put my trust into Honda and was told that my tires were “good”, but when brought to another shop, my tires were going to pop at anytime. It was a safety issue and when I contacted Honda dealership they sa “good”, but when brought to another shop, my tires were going to pop at anytime. It was a safety issue and when I contacted Honda dealership they said “sorry, but I don’t know what you want me to do”. This is ridiculous for a dealership to send me out in the car when my tires were clearly bad. I will not be doing business with Honda again because they clearly don’t have safety high on their priorities. More
