Shopped my car on the internet and was followed up by Melissa in Internet sales. Great follow up by Hendrik and Melissa as I turned in my old lease on a civic and upgraded to the Accord Sport. Most of the buying process was done before I even came into pick up the car. The rest was formalities. Hendrick team was very helpful and well organized and made the process go smoothly. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. Adam the Finance mgr explained in detail all the paperwork and spent significant time with us going over the numbers as Melissa reviewed and answered all our questions on the new features of the car. Really simplified and made what is often a stressful buying experience quit pleasant. I have seen some other positive reviews on this Dealership and understand why. Am usually not a fan of auto Dealerships and have a history of bad stories a mile long. However this was one of the better transactions I have had in years of buying and leasing many cars.
