I requested to see the defective tire and where the puncture was and they had no problem bringing the tired to me and showing me and explaining me it was on the side wall and end of the tread. I told them if they were unable to match the price to please put the spare on because I had a place that would give me a good price for the same exact tire. Within minutes the price was matched & the tire was put on and I was on my way. They Always remember my name, my ESA Videos dog Phoebe, and even the nickname for my Honda fit Miss Jackson. Fast and friendly Solid experience for my last visit. My 2016 civic had a condenser issue that is covered by the warranty. I went in, and they communicated the issue pretty well and the potential cost. It ended up being right within the warranty so it was pretty cool. I was a little worried though that if it wasn't covered it would have been pretty expensive for just the diagnostic. In any case my experience was positive. More
