I pulled into the service shop without an appointment 15 minutes before closing Monday 2/20/23 with a roofing nail in my left rear tire and John Ramirez and Ray Ramon were on duty. They could have sent me a minutes before closing Monday 2/20/23 with a roofing nail in my left rear tire and John Ramirez and Ray Ramon were on duty. They could have sent me away or ask me to come back in the morning but instead took me in and found a matching tire since my tire was unrepairable . They proceeded to get a serviceman who I expect was on his way home to replace the damaged tire with the new and within a half hour my auto was good as new. I only own one car so it was important to me to have the tire fixed . In my opinion these two men plus the mechanic went above and beyond to accommodate me . Thanks to them and Hendrick Honda !
