My first visit i felt like i was not given many options and almost pushed into the purchase. There seemed to be a sense of urgency and not much attention was given to us. The financing included extended pr and almost pushed into the purchase. There seemed to be a sense of urgency and not much attention was given to us. The financing included extended protection and additional paint and finish protection. We were told an additional clear voat would be added to the car but would need to be scheduled. The car was not detailed when we arrived to take it home and was told there was no time to get it done. We wanted to wait til we returned from a getaway but due to end of month was told we needed to take it sooner. Finally got it scheduled for clear coat and many excuses were given why it could not be done. It was detailed then. Was told to reschedule for clear coat and after many excuses were given and the car remained over the weekend. The clear coat never happened and when i picked up the car the door edge had paint missing like it hit something pretty hard even though door edge guards were applied. My car has an ugly white spot to this day and was told nothing can be done about it. During this entire thing the salesman was made aware of this issue several times and seemed unconcerned and just kept saying oh you gave to scedule it. The clear coat referenced was not accurate and to date none has been applied. If we new that we would never had purchased the extra coverage. I do like my car but am not sure if i would come back there again for another purchase. More
