Nick was the service advisor. He listened patiently to all my concerns. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into extra services. Strange sound Had a strange sound coming from underneath my almost new 2019 CRV. Rather than waste the appointment I had an oil change and a tire rotation done at that time and was in and out in no time. My second CRV purchased at Hendrick Honda ...good job by all. More

John Cares! John took his time with me to listen and ask tons of questions to figure out the problem my car is having. He was extremely thorough in getting information from me in order to diagnose the problem. I‘ve been having the issue for almost 8 months but because it is an intermittent problem the service department was unable to diagnose it on prior visits. I was finally able to leave my car there and the problem popped up for the service dept. It is now fixed and I’m grateful for John’s diligence and caring to figure out the problem and resolve it.
