In addition, we were made to wait more than 1 hour before we saw the 'financial person' Stephen Morris, who rushed us through the process not explaining very well. Given that we have the responsibility to read and understand all - the paperwork is overwhelming and they gloss over it requesting signatures galore. First and foremost we felt rushed into the purchase as they wanted us to take possession immediately... aka pay for the car immediately which required us to use a personal check where funds had to be moved into the account. We were told that they could hold the check until the funds were available in the account but that did not happen and we incurred fines and credit issues -- which we have NEVER had before in our lives. When I called the dealership to try to fix the check issues the financial person, Stephen Morris, was abrupt and had an 'attitude' and told me that it was out of his hands that they (the dealership had gotten paid) and I would have to take the check issue up with the financial company they use. Bottom line - they got paid we got written off to fend for ourselves. We have now purchased our fourth AND LAST Honda from this dealership. More
