Great place to buy a car! We went to Hendrick Honda unsure of the the make or model of car that we wanted. We let the sales person Angela know this as soon as we got there. S We went to Hendrick Honda unsure of the the make or model of car that we wanted. We let the sales person Angela know this as soon as we got there. She could not have been any nicer or more informative. We took a test drive and learned all the features. Angela never pressured us in anyway and just asked us to keep her in mind when we made a decision. As we drove away we realized we wanted to talk numbers with her. We went back and talked with the manager who again did not pressure us in anyway. The following day we called to ask if we could test drive the car and she asked if we wanted to take it overnight. So........we are very happy with our 2020 Honda CR-V. EX-! More

Beyond awesome!!! While backing out my Honda to start my day I heard some worrisome noise. I called my Hendrick Honda and requested if okay for me to arrange a tow, an While backing out my Honda to start my day I heard some worrisome noise. I called my Hendrick Honda and requested if okay for me to arrange a tow, and bring in the car in. No problem at all. Not only got a quick tow, but great service from Cody. He not only took care of everything, but was able to secure me transportation back to my home! I not only got that, I didn't have to have a rental car!! The car did have to stay overnight due to time it would take for repairs. Yet again, Cody arranged a ride back to my home. The stars were lining up for me***thank you Cody. The car did require extra time due to a glitch but no problem! Cody made sure all was well, and that it was. Thanks to all the staff at Hendrick Honda that make our lives easier and less stressful. Professional , unfortunately they were not able to diagnose the problem with my car despite a $80 diagnosis fee , but i believe they tried. Hopefully the car holds up.
