Lenny was great! Lenny did an excellent job making sure I was checked in and my financing approved for my service request. He made sure to check all the systems to see if anything additional needed to be worked on and we added the fuel system treatment because Lenny said it was overdue. The only negative thing I have is for the mechanic who worked on my car. I drove it off the lot and it would not accelerate. When I stepped on the gas, the car would jerk, the check engine light flashed and the car would not accelerate. I did a U-turn and headed back to the dealership very shaken. I was so lucky there was not very much traffic and that I did not get hit. Lenny called the mechanic who worked on the car just a few minutes ago and he took the car in the back. I waited about 15 minutes when another Service Technician told me the car was ready. This time, everything worked fine and I had no issues. More
