A little less satisfied with the service this time. I brought my daughter’s 2008 Accord in for an oil change and a multi point inspection. It had an open recall on the Airbags. As far as I know the re I brought my daughter’s 2008 Accord in for an oil change and a multi point inspection. It had an open recall on the Airbags. As far as I know the recall went well but I was less satisfied with the oil change service. I realized there was no sticker in the window and the check list wasn’t very trustworthy. They checked of every thing as in working order or will need service in the future. I opened the hood and the battery terminals were very corroded and at least they could have pointed it out to me or said they could clean them for a price. What else did they not do. I also asked for synthetic oil and only got standard oil on the invoice. Not as happy as I have been in the past. Mark Schenk More

Late in the day service I came in to Hendrick Honda 1 and 1/2 hours before closing time with a very flat tire in my cargo area and riding on my spare. Since the two rear tire I came in to Hendrick Honda 1 and 1/2 hours before closing time with a very flat tire in my cargo area and riding on my spare. Since the two rear tires were due to be replaced soon,my service rep felt it prudent to go ahead and replace them and I agreed. Even though the work went past closing time everyone was helpful, courteous and efficient and got me out of there and on my way safely. I have been in for service innumerable times over the years and always treated with great respect. More
