We are new to the area, so you never know what to expect when you need service on your auto. I called Hendrick service a got an appointment that afternoon. I was greeted promptly by John Ramirez. He diagnosed my problem and had the problem taken care of promptly. I cannot tell how pleased I was with John and Hendrick Honda. If I need service in the future I plan to only use Hendrick Honda. When we came in Ashton was our sales person and she was so friendly and EXTREMELY Knowledgeable in all things car! Lastly we dealt with Brian in finance who went over all of our options and extended warranty offers. Out of the 3, not one person was EVER pushy. They accepted no when we said so. There were no sneaky sales tactics, no bait and switch. I feel the whole team was very up front, very transparent.
