Upon arrival, Giorgio saw me arrive in service bay and greeted me by name, and let me know he would be w Took my ‘19 Honda Pilot in for B16 servicing. Upon arrival, Giorgio saw me arrive in service bay and greeted me by name, and let me know he would be with me as soon as he finished up with his customer. Giorgio is very knowledgeable and personable. I was also having an issue with charging port in Pilot, during servicing Giorgio came to get me to talk with service tech regarding the issue and all was fixed. While waiting in the sitting area my very first salesman Richard from 2014 came and sat next to me to chat and catch up. Then my salesman Pernell that sold me my last two Pilots saw me and came over for a hug.
