Friendly no pressure atmosphere We came in looking to simply test drive. We we able to without pressure. Melissa was helpful in finding a color that I liked in case I wanted to come We came in looking to simply test drive. We we able to without pressure. Melissa was helpful in finding a color that I liked in case I wanted to come back. She did some price breakdowns on a few options to get the best deal. The time we spent during that visit was short. There was no expectation. Melissa text the next day to check in and see if I had questions. We were able to come in and see the one I liked. Again, no pressure. We worked with Mike that day, per Melissa as she was helping another guest. They worked as a team and did a great job answering questions and talking with us. We ended up making a purchase we were happy with after much research and several test drives at a few dealerships. Great experience More

Knowing how much time the additional service will take could be greatly beneficial in knowing if it is something you're willing to do on the same date of service or something you'd like to schedule for another time. I came looking for a better vehicle. My sales agent was very professional and friendly. I explain my situation and all the other stuff that I had gone through before I got to Hendrick Honda. It was a nightmare. I wanted to stay loyal to my old brand Dodge but salesforce said no way with out a cosigner. My job was not good enough to use. Uber and Lyft are not real jobs in their circle. I was hurt and I was in a rental car for over a week. I should have came to Hendrick Honda first because everything was done in two days and no red tape. Well Done!!! More
