Money hungry I took my 2017 Ridgeline because the engine light appeared with additional information saying emissions faulty. I explained that the truck ran fine. G I took my 2017 Ridgeline because the engine light appeared with additional information saying emissions faulty. I explained that the truck ran fine. Gas mileage has be normal, there was no hesitation, started fine, no knocks or anything unusual. They took the truck in just to determine what the problem was. After nearly 3 hours the technician gave the report saying I needed replacement of the fuel injectors because they were clogged.and needed IMMEDIATE attention. I asked if the clogged injectors could be cleaned and if there could be some other problem and was told no. During the exam they had to reset the warning light,so it was off. I went to another repair shop and they said don’t worry. Check the gas filling port and put the nozzle in and out a few times as an air leak could cause the problem. They also told me to come back if the light reappeared and that it might be the catalytic converter or a number of other things. It’s now been 2 weeks and 300 miles and the light has not come on. Saved money by going elsewhere. Will never go back More
