I had dash lights that were coming on. I take my Honda Pilot only to Hendrick for service. It has been to other dealerships when I couldn't get to Hendrick but it has never been properly s I take my Honda Pilot only to Hendrick for service. It has been to other dealerships when I couldn't get to Hendrick but it has never been properly serviced at those dealerships. The dash lights have been a recurring problem. Apparently the computer code indicated it was some kind of transmission sensor. Tammy Hines (the greatest service adviser I've ever had) recognized that since it kept recurring it had to be something else. It ended up being the left rear wheel speed sensor. I feel the problem was solved because of her persistence. I have found this same kind of ethic with others at Hendrick also. I drive past at least 3 other Honda Dealerships to have my vehicle serviced at Hendrick. More
