Oil change Had appointment, arrived on time. Service bay was empty, had to pull in to next available service writer. I have dealt with him before, unhappily. Thi Had appointment, arrived on time. Too much up-sale pressure and too much personal information shared. I wanted service and to get out. It took over an hour from the time I arrived until I left. Even the free car wash with service was more of a rinse off. This was at 5:30 in the evening. More
