Routine oil change This is my second oil change in the last year and I went to the other Honda service center last time. I will have to say that the service guy there ga This is my second oil change in the last year and I went to the other Honda service center last time. I will have to say that the service guy there gave a discount coupon that helped with the bill. I would have went back there but it was just too far away. Wait time was about the same. The waiting room was ok. I was surprised that no mileage label was not put on my window like last time which when I called back was told since the car told you when it needed to be changed that he felt like it was not needed. Which is true but I did like the fact it told me when it thought the car would be due. I gave only 4 stars mostly due to the last time I got a discount. Also I thought if I needed the filters replaced like I was told then I thought I should have gotten a price of those services to consider doing in the future because I sure didn’t remember the price and it was not on the ticket given to me. More

As my vehicle has over 93,000 mile I have been going to Hendricks sine moving to Florida three years ago. Service has always been thorough and timely. As my vehicle has over 93,000 miles they have guided me through some major repairs such as brakes and an AC pump. I believe they gave been honest in their diagnostics and help keep costs in line.
