Sales (Tony) very good but Payment/Check out not so much Tony was very low key and not aggressive to make sale. When we wanted to pay for car, felt Anthony (different guy) was very aggressive pushing the wa Tony was very low key and not aggressive to make sale. When we wanted to pay for car, felt Anthony (different guy) was very aggressive pushing the warranty to the point he called in a roving dealership rep to push more. Felt like we wouldn’t get out of there without some type of extended warranty. Also meant that the Honda was good as long as it stayed on the lot. But once it left, guaranteed to have something break down. Doesn’t speak well for Honda. Definitely speak well for Tony the salesman as felt good about the final price and casualness. But, with all new car purchases, most customers feel somewhat screwed when leaving and that’s the way we felt after the warranty fiasco.. Lynn Haen More
