Since we've purchase a total of five Honda's over the years we are loyal to the brand and to Hentrick Honda because of their excellent service. John Nosal has sold us four of those cars and believe me when I say John is easy to work with, no pressure, takes time to explain the entire process and goes out of his way to demonstrate all the attributes of the you are buying. The purchasing process has been speeded up at Hendrik Honda and everyone we were involved with were most helpful. Trust is important when buying a car and we have come to trust Hendrick Honda. I turned in my 2010 Honda Odyssey and had left some CD's in the console. I called John who was on vacation and he put me in touch with Bill Dorman in resales. Bill acted immediately and not only did I arrive at the dealership to pick up my CD's there was a lot of other important things that were included and I had forgotten about. They are all super folks to work with. While they are not included Brian Smith, Scott Sandmann and Stever Morris were all helpful with negotiations , etc. More

The sales people are great and dealing with the financial part has also been quite a positive experience. Leased a 2019 Honda CRV I took my 2013 Honda CRV, which I love, in for an oil change and was asked if I’d like to see the new 2019 Honda CRV! Why not, I had 2 hours to wait f I took my 2013 Honda CRV, which I love, in for an oil change and was asked if I’d like to see the new 2019 Honda CRV! Why not, I had 2 hours to wait for my car! Well, I was introduced to Mike King and the rest is history! I ended up leasing a beautiful molten lava red 2019 Honda CRV with all the safety features that I did not have in my 2013 car. Mike is not only a phenomenal salesman ( just celebrated his 14th year anniversary at Hendrick Honda) but a really nice guy! He made it very convincing to change to a new car and he did not harass me into the change. It took me one week to think about it with no pressure. I would also like to thank Marcos Ruiz and Scott for helping me navigate the finance part of the deal, making it as painless as parting with your money can be!
