I have used the Service center for all my Honda needs. This past service experience was the MOST delightful I have ever experienced. Levi Dillard was my Service person and he truly was a Joy to work with. He made me feel like he genuinely cared about my car and me as a customer. Everyone is generally nice and I have always had good service, but working with Levi was different. I felt like I truly was a valuable customer. When I was talking with my son in law about it - he asked - did you work with Levi? I said how did you know? He said I had the same experience!!! 2nd time car has come back damaged from service center I love this service center but my car has been damaged twice this year while there, first time their equipment hit and shattered my windshield, second I love this service center but my car has been damaged twice this year while there, first time their equipment hit and shattered my windshield, second during an oil change my headlight came back pushed in. They did replace the windshield and provided a very nice rental, still in process of getting the headlight/bumper re aligned. They are taking care of that but it will be a 4 hour wait at a local body shop. They are taking care of the issues but it is a great inconvenience and loss of time that I am not getting back or getting compensated for. I will continue to use this service center but I have had 2 bad experiences this year with the quality of the service being done with no compensation. More

Did you do what you said you did? I was in for for routine maintenance - oil change, tire rotation etc. I received a list of items that were supposedly checked. It had the battery mark I was in for for routine maintenance - oil change, tire rotation etc. I received a list of items that were supposedly checked. It had the battery marked as green. The next day as I was leaving to drive to Ohio my car would not start. The battery needed replaced. The main reason that I had it in was to make sure everything checked out ok for the trip. Needless to say I was not happy. I’m glad that I had the issue while still at home and not in the middle of nowhere on my trip. This is the second time I have been to your facility. I’ve had issues both times. I probably won’t be back or recommend. More
