There is a strange rattle, sporadically, in the undercarriage of my car. Ray, Jeff, and Steve were very patient in trying to resolve the concern. Replicating the rattle was very difficult so we never got to the source. HOWEVER, ALL THREE SERVICE TEAM MEMBERS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT.
