Took my 2014 CR-V in for its routine maintenance and spoke with Mark who was there for this special sale. Hearing all about the changes made over the last year in the CR-V, especially in safety features, I wanted to experience the car. I met with Brian Treder who patiently went over all of the new features and found the color I was interested in and we went for a test drive. Loved the car! Brian knew I was trying to work within a budget, so he got Mark to go over options with me regarding trade-in, leasing, etc. I was able to get a comfort level with the financing offered, especially in my retirement years. Brian Treder brought in Stephen from Finance and we struck a great deal. Then Brian went over the set up of features so I could use my IPhone for calls and google maps. I left there in my new car with a great feeling having experienced great service as always from the folks at Hendrick Honda Bradenton. More
