First class service I had an appointment this morning for the first service on my new 2016 Honda Accord Sport, which I purchased from Hendrick Honda Bradenton, in March. I had an appointment this morning for the first service on my new 2016 Honda Accord Sport, which I purchased from Hendrick Honda Bradenton, in March. I was amazed at how efficient the service department was, and how friendly the staff was. The service waiting area was clean and comfortable, for my wait, which was not very long at all. Since the appointment was in the early morning there were donuts and coffee available at no cost. There were TV's all over the waiting area, which made the wait fly by. The Service Consultant I worked with, Ray Ramon, was friendly, informative and thorough. I would recommend Hendrick Honda Bradenton to anyone looking for service or to purchase a car. Although I am not affiliated with this, or any other dealership, my experience from the beginning, with my salesman, Pernell Engram, and Brittany Vass in finance, was so professional, courteous and pleasant that I almost feel like part of the Hendrick Honda family!
