Sully at Hendrick helped ground me and slow me down showing me all the options I had available to me. He may be new to the dealership but he is not new to people. Hendrick Honda Review I was lured into Hendrich Honda last Saturday by a flyer offering prizes for just walking in. While checking to see if I won anything, I ran into my f I was lured into Hendrich Honda last Saturday by a flyer offering prizes for just walking in. While checking to see if I won anything, I ran into my favorite salesman, Mike Knight. My leased car was to expire in three months. We got to talking and before I knew it; I was test driving a 2016 Honda Accord. Honda offered me a deal I could not pass up. The finance manager, Christopher Keith was precise, polite and did not keep me in his private office for hours. I appreciated him for not pressuring me to buy optional coverages. My overall experience was stress free. I would like to compliment Mike Knight on his non high pressure salesmanship. This is the third Honda that I have leased from him. I find all the Hendrich Honda employees, from sales to the service to be friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed doing business with Hendrich Honda. The Hendrick Honda Team is AWESOME On Saturday August 20, I had an appointment with Scott Sandmann, used car Manager, who placed me with a very energetic young sales lady named Kaylin On Saturday August 20, I had an appointment with Scott Sandmann, used car Manager, who placed me with a very energetic young sales lady named Kaylin Stapchuk. Kaylin spent two - plus hours with me, driving, reviewing my wishes and narrowing down my dream car. It was a pleasure working with both Kaylin and Scott. Before I left the lot, we had things figured out and they were off trying to locate a 2016 White EXL Pilot. I also spoke with Brian Smith regarding financing options. At that time I had planned to use my own Credit Union, but agreed to let them see if they could beat my deal. On Monday afternoon, August 22nd, Rodney Miles, new car Manager, called to give me the good news that they had located my car. Rodney explained that they would be able to install the lighted running boards and tent the driver and passenger windows on Tuesday and I would be able to pick it up. He also explained that he would be having Brian Smith work with my Credit Union on the financing details. On Tuesday morning Brian and I spoke several times throughout the morning and after all was said and done, Brian was able to get me a better rate than my own Credit Union. I then arrived for my 5:45 appointment with Adam to finish up the paperwork. He was extremently profession and helpful completing the transaction. Once that was finished, Kaylin was on hand again to explain my new vehicle and make sure I was happy with the purchase. She's very passionate about fitting you with the right vehicle.
