Overall have never been more impressed by an auto dealership. Organization and efficient operation of multiple departments working together for the sole purpose of customer satisfaction. This dealership maybe 28 miles from my home but that drive is worth the satisfaction of dealing with knowledgeable, efficient and a caring staff. More

Many more features on this Odyssey than I had on my 2005. We finished up with Brian, who handled the paperwork, explained options that were available, collected the check and we were out the door. I went to Crown Honda in Pinellas Park and was able to get 1.9% financing and my payments lower by $150.00 a month. Would not recommend Hendrick Honda to anyone who is looking for a new car. Call Johnny Criss at Crown Honda he will bend over backwards to get you in the car you want at a payment you can afford. Avoid the crooks at Hendrick Honda. I spoke to the General Manager at Hendick Honda who agreed to refund my deposit and 1 month later I am still waiting for my refund. Raven showed us a couple of vehicles then brought in John Nosal, a senior sales consultant. When all was said and done, we had traded our 2012 odyssey for a 2016 model. Their fare treatment of their customers combined with a great service department will keep us coming back. More
